"Stud Contract Agreement"

This is a Stud Contract/Agreement Between Hard Knocks Kennel and the Purchaser.

Note:

Please make sure that you Read this Contract over Carefully..

If You Have Any Questions Please Ask Them Before You Send Money On A Stud Fee.

"By Signing This Contract, You Agree To All Terms Contained Herein".

1. Stud Fee Must Be Paid In Full Atleast 3 Weeks Before Time Of Breeding.

2. All Females Must Have A Negative Brucellosis Test From A Licensed

Veterinarian!

(Must Be No More Than 10 days Old)

3. Studs Out Side Our Yard Will Be By A.I. Only.

(Pictures Can Be Taken If Needed)

4. If The Female Has At Least 2 Pups That Is Considered A Litter.

5. If The Breeding Doesn't Take You Can Repeat The Breeding, When The Female Comes Back Into Heat. If She Doesn't Take After Being Bred 2 Times You Can Bring Her Back Again Or Use A Different Female.

**Same Rules Apply All Females Must Have A Negative Brucellosis Test From A Licensed Vet**

6. At the sole discretion of Hard Knocks Kennel, All Studs are Non-Refundable for any reason, but are Transferable To another Puppy or Upcoming Litter of Equal Value.

7. If the Stud that you bred to dies or etc, you will get to pic another stud on our yard to bred your female to.
